What is Constipation?

Constipation is defined as having a bowel movement fewer than three times per week. With constipation stools are usually hard, dry, small in size, and difficult to eliminate. Some people who are constipated find it painful to have a bowel movement and often experience straining, bloating, and the sensation of a full bowel.

Some people think they are constipated if they do not have a bowel movement every day. However, normal stool elimination may be three times a day or three times a week, depending on the person.

Constipation is a symptom, not a disease. Almost everyone experiences constipation at some point in their life, and a poor diet typically is the cause. Most constipation is temporary and not serious. Understanding its causes, prevention, and treatment will help most people find relief. Lower digestive system.

What causes constipation? To understand constipation, it helps to know how the colon, or large intestine, works. As food moves through the colon, the colon absorbs water from the food while it forms waste products, or stool.
Muscle contractions in the colon then push the stool toward the rectum. By the time stool reaches the rectum it is solid, because most of the water has been absorbed.
Constipation occurs when the colon absorbs too much water or if the colon’s muscle contractions are slow or sluggish, causing the stool to move through the colon too slowly. As a result, stools can become hard and dry.

Common causes of constipation are:-
  • not enough fiber in the diet lack of physical activity (especially in the elderly),
  • medications,
  • milk,
  • irritable bowel syndrome,
  • changes in life or routine such as pregnancy, aging, and travel,
  • abuse of laxatives,
  • ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement,
  • dehydration,
  • specific diseases or conditions, such as stroke
  • most common problems with the colon and rectum
  • problems with intestinal function (chronic idiopathic constipation)

Not Enough Fiber in the Diet
People who eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to become constipated. The most common causes of constipation are a diet low in fiber or a diet high in fats, such as cheese, eggs, and meats.

Fiber — both soluble and insoluble — is the part of fruits, vegetables, and grains that the body cannot digest. Soluble fiber dissolves easily in water and takes on a soft, gel-like texture in the intestines. Insoluble fiber passes through the intestines almost unchanged. The bulk and soft texture of fiber help prevent hard, dry stools that are difficult to pass.

Both children and adults often eat too many refined and processed foods from which the natural fiber has been removed.

A low-fiber diet also plays a key role in constipation among older adults, who may lose interest in eating and choose foods that are quick to make or buy, such as fast foods, or prepared foods, both of which are usually low in fiber. Also, difficulties with chewing or swallowing may cause older people to eat soft foods that are processed and low in fiber.

Not Enough Liquids
Research shows that although increased fluid intake does not necessarily help relieve constipation, many people report some relief from their constipation if they drink fluids such as water and juice and avoid dehydration. Liquids add fluid to the colon and bulk to stools, making bowel movements softer and easier to pass.

People who have problems with constipation should try to drink liquids every day. However, liquids that contain caffeine, such as coffee and cola drinks will worsen one’s symptoms by causing dehydration.

Alcohol is another beverage that causes dehydration. It is important to drink fluids that hydrate the body, especially when consuming caffeine containing drinks or alcoholic beverages.

Lack of Physical Activity
A lack of physical activity can lead to constipation, although doctors do not know precisely why. For example, constipation often occurs after an accident or during an illness when one must stay in bed and cannot exercise.Lack of physical activity is thought to be one of the reasons constipation is common in older people.

Medications
Some medications can cause constipation, including:-

  • pain medications (especially narcotics)
  • antacids that contain aluminum and calcium
  • blood pressure medications (calcium channel blockers)
  • antiparkinson drugs
  • antispasmodics
  • antidepressants
  • iron supplements
  • diuretics
  • anticonvulsants
Changes in Life or Routine
  • During pregnancy
Women may be constipated because of hormonal changes or because the uterus compresses the intestine.
  • Aging may also affect bowel regularity, because a slower metabolism results in less intestinal activity and muscle tone.
  • People often become constipated when traveling, because their normal diet and daily routine are disrupted.
  • Abuse of Laxatives
The common belief that people must have a daily bowel movement has led to self-medicating with OTC laxative products. Although people may feel relief when they use laxatives, typically they must increase the dose over time because the body grows reliant on laxatives in order to have a bowel movement. As a result, laxatives may become habit-forming.
  • Ignoring the Urge to Have a Bowel Movement
People who ignore the urge to have a bowel movement may eventually stop feeling the need to have one, which can lead to constipation. Some people delay having a bowel movement because they do not want to use toilets outside the home.
Others ignore the urge because of emotional stress or because they are too busy.
Children may postpone having a bowel movement because of stressful toilet training or because they do not want to interrupt their play.
  • Specific Diseases
Diseases that cause constipation include neurological disorders, metabolic and endocrine disorders, and systemic conditions that affect organ systems. These disorders can slow the movement of stool through the colon, rectum, or anus.
How is constipation treated? Although treatment depends on the cause, severity, and duration of the constipation, in most cases dietary and lifestyle changes will help relieve symptoms and help prevent them from recurring.

Diet
A diet with enough fiber (20 to 35 grams each day) helps the body form soft, bulky stool. A doctor or dietitian can help plan an appropriate diet. High-fiber foods include beans, whole grains and bran cereals, fresh fruits, and vegetables such as asparagus, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and carrots.

For people prone to constipation, limiting foods that have little or no fiber, such as ice cream, cheese, meat, and processed foods, is also important.

Lifestyle Changes
Other changes that may help treat and prevent constipation include drinking enough water and other liquids, such as fruit and vegetable juices and clear soups, so as not to become dehydrated, engaging in daily exercise, and reserving enough time to have a bowel movement. In addition, the urge to have a bowel movement should not be ignored.

Laxatives
Most people who are mildly constipated do not need laxatives. However, for those who have made diet and lifestyle changes and are still constipated, a doctor may recommend laxatives or enemas for a limited time.

These treatments can help retrain a chronically sluggish bowel. For children, short-term treatment with laxatives, along with retraining to establish regular bowel habits, helps prevent constipation.

Can constipation be serious? Sometimes constipation can lead to complications. These complications include hemorrhoids, caused by straining to have a bowel movement, or anal fissures—tears in the skin around the anus—caused when hard stool stretches the sphincter muscle.
As a result, rectal bleeding may occur, appearing as bright red streaks on the surface of the stool. Constipation affects almost everyone at one time or another. Many people think they are constipated when, in fact, their bowel movements are regular.
The most common causes of constipation are poor diet and lack of exercise. Other causes of constipation include medications, irritable bowel syndrome, abuse of laxatives, and specific diseases.
A medical history and physical exam may be the only diagnostic tests needed before the doctor suggests treatment. In most cases, following these simple tips will help relieve symptoms and prevent recurrence of constipation:-
  • Eat a well-balanced, high-fiber diet that includes beans, bran, whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
  • Drink plenty of liquids.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Set aside time after breakfast or dinner for undisturbed visits to the toilet.
  • Do not ignore the urge to have a bowel movement.
  • Understand that normal bowel habits vary.
Constipation is a symptom, not a disease. Almost everyone experiences constipation at some point in their life, and a poor diet typically is the cause. Most constipation is temporary and not serious. Understanding its causes, prevention, and treatment will help most people find relief.
However, a doctor may recommend laxatives for a limited time for people with chronic constipation.

Liver Detoxification

YOUR LIVER working 24 hours to sustain life...

The liver is the body's largest internal organ and has the burden of processing the input (diet) and the output (detoxification). Unknown to many people, our liver health is critical to our well being as it is our 'chemical factory' performing more than 500 vital functions.

Processor
All the blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes throug the liver to be processed and broken down into useable nutrient. The liver also metabolised food for energy and converts poisonous metabolic by products for excretion.

Manufacturer
The liver produces many substances for growth as well as cholesterol protein (for blood plasma) and bile to (break down fat and carry waste).

Storage depot
The liver stores energy and many essential vitamins and minerals for release when needed.

Controller
The liver acts to regulate blood sugar and blood levels of amino acids blance fluid levels and regulate blood-clotting.

Filter
Toxins enter our body through food (processed food, fast food, preservtives, medicine etc), drinks (contaminated water, alcohol etc), air (pollution, smoke, paint fumes etc) and skin contact (pesticide, insecticide etc). The liver has to break these into less harmful forms to be excreted.

Defender
The liver produces immune factors and macrophages (immune cells0 to remove dead cells, bacteria, toxins and metabolic waste circulating through the liver, thus helping our body to resist infactions.

Do You Hear The Distress Signals Of Your Liver?
  • Low energy / Exhaustion
  • Anemia
  • Unexplained weight gain / loss
  • Water retention
  • Allergies
  • PMS
  • Constipation / Hemorrhoids
  • Diarrhea
  • Headaches
  • Sinus problems
  • Hormonial imbalance
  • Inability to tolerate cold or heat
  • Bloating
  • Sluggish Metabolism
  • Depression
  • Eczema / Acne / Rashes / Itchy skin
  • Muscle pain
  • Nausea

People with liver problems often do not show any symptoms. Up to 50% of individuals with underlying liver disease have no symptoms. By the time symptoms appear, it my be too late as your liver may have been damaged beyond repair.

Overwork Liver = Unhealthy Body

With so many functions, it is no wonder that our liver is overtaxed. An overworked liver will produce a cascading effect on the rest of the body due to toxin build-up and nutrient deficiency that erode tissue integrity, defense and vitality. The early symptoms of an unhealthy liver are easily overlooked as they may be mild or mistaken for minor discomfort or sickness.

However, these may indicate more serious liver problems.

  • HEPATITIS A
The Hepatitis A virus spreads through food or water contaminated by stool of an infected person. This cause swelling of the liver and weakens its ability to break down drugs.
  • HEPATITIS B
The Hepatitis B virus is 100 times more infectious than HIV (AIDS virus) and can lead to more serious liver diseases like cirrhosis and liver cancer. it spreads by contact with an infected person's blood, semen or body fluid.
  • HEPATITIS C
Described by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a "vital time bomb", Hepatitis C spreads through contact with infected blood, sex with an infected person and from mother to baby during childbirth and may lead to liver cancer.
  • JAUNDICE
Often affecting newborns, jaundice is a yellow discolouration of the skin and whites of the eyes when the liver has difficulty excreting bilirubin in the bile.
  • FATTY LIVER DISEASE
Obesity, diabetes or high triglycerides level can cause excess fat to build up in the liver cells, leading to liver inflammation.
  • CIRRHOSIS
Chronic alcoholism, long term liver damage or prolong exposure to toxins can cause cirrhosis, resulting in severely deteriorated liver functions.
  • LIVER CANCER
Symptoms can include a lump or pain on the right side of your abdomen and yellowing of the skin. Treatment options include surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and liver transplant.

INTRODUCING FITORAC
The perfect food for a healthy liver...

When the liver breaks down toxic chemicals into less harmful substances, free radicals are formed. When there are too many free radicals are formed. When there are too many free radicals, they can damage our liver cells. In order to neutralize or destroy these free radicals, we need to take food high in antioxidants and phytonnutrients.

Phytonutrients are antioxidants found only in plants. They are powerful free radical scavengers with various health-protecting qualities. As different Phytonutrients have different oxidation reactions in our cells, it is advisable to take a large variety of fruits and vegetables from each of the 5 food color groups.

1 serving of FITORAC is equivalent to 7 servings of fruits and vegetables.
FITORAC is formulated with 21 types of fruits and vegetables across the 5 food colour groups for optimal phytonutrient content.

2 way protection - FITORAC contains key elements that help cellular health by:-
  1. enhancing immunity, neutralising free radicals and enhancing cellular repair, and
  2. promoting regeneration of liver cells for optimal liver health and helping to neutralise toxins.
3 superior extracts in FITORAC help enhance liver detoxification:-

phycocyanin, chlorophyll, carotenoids.

myxoxanthophyll, zeaxanthin, cryptoxanthin, echinenone and other xanthophylls.gamma linolenic acid, glycolipids, sulfolipids, polysaccharides.

isoleucine, phenylalanine, leucine, threonine, lysine, tryptophan, methionine, valine, alanine, glycine, arginine, histidine, aspartic acid, proline, cystine, serine, glutamic acid, tyrosine.

What is Spirulina?

Spirulina is a blue-green algae. It is a simple, one-celled form of algae that thrives in warm, alkaline fresh-water bodies. The name "spirulina" is derived from the Latin word for "helix" or "spiral"; denoting the physical configuration of the organism when it forms swirling, microscopic strands.

Spirulina is being developed as the "food of the future" because of its amazing ability to synthesize high-quality concentrated food more efficiently than any other algae. Most notably, Spirulina is 65 to 71 percent complete protein, with all essential amino acids in perfect balance. In comparison, beef is only 22 percent protein.

Spirulina has a photosynthetic conversion rate of 8 to 10 percent, compared to only 3 percent in such land-growing plants as soybeans.

In addition, Spirulina is one of the few plant sources of vitamin B12, usually found only in animal tissues. A teaspoon of Spirulina supplies two and a half times the Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamin B12 and contains over twice the amount of this vitamin found in an equivalent serving of liver.

Spirulina also provides high concentrations of many other nutrients - amino acids, chelated minerals, pigmentations, rhamnose sugars (complex natural plant sugars), trace elements, enzymes - that are in an easily assimilable form.

Even though it is single-celled, Spirulina is relatively large, attaining sizes of 0.5 millimeters in length. This is about 100 times the size of most other algae, which makes some individual Spirulina cells visible to the naked eye. Furthermore, the prolific reproductive capacity of the cells and their proclivity to adhere in colonies makes Spirulina a large and easily gathered plant mass.

The algae are differentiated according to predominating colorations, and are divided into blue-green, green, red and brown. Spirulina is one of the blue-green algae due to the presence of both chlorophyll (green) and phycocyanin (blue) pigments in its cellular structure.

Even though Spirulina is distantly related to the kelp algae, it is not a sea plant. However, the fresh-water ponds and lakes it favors are notably more alkaline - in the range of 8 to 11 pH than ordinary lakes and cannot sustain any other forms of microorganisms. In addition, Spirulina thrives in very warm waters of 32 to 45 degrees C (approximately 85 to 112 degrees Farenheit), and has even survived in temperatures of 60 degrees C (140 degrees Farenheit)

Certain desert-adapted species will survive when their pond habitats evaporate in the intense sun, drying to a dormant state on rocks as hot as 70 degrees Centigrade (160 degrees F). In this dormant condition, the naturally blue-green algae turns a frosted white and develops a sweet flavor as its 71 percent protein structure is transformed into polysaccharide sugars by the heat.

Some scientists speculate that the "manna" of the wandering Israelites, which appeared miraculously on rocks following a devastating dry spell and was described as tasting "like wafers made with hone " may have been a form of dried, dormant Spirulina.

This ability of Spirulina to grow in hot and alkaline environments ensures its hygienic status, as no other organisms can survive to pollute the waters in which this algae thrives. Unlike the stereotypical association of microorganisms with "germs" and "scum", Spirulina is in fact one of the cleanest, most naturally sterile foods found in nature.

Its adaptation to heat also assures that Spirulina retains its nutritional value when subject to high temperatures during processing and shelf storage, unlike many plant foods that rapidly deteriorate at high temperatures.

Spirulina is also unusual among algae because it is a "nuclear plant" meaning it is on the developmental cusp between plants and animals. It is considered somewhat above plants because it does not have the hard cellulose membranes characteristic of plant cells, nor does it have a well-defined nucleus. Yet its metabolic system is based on photosynthesis, a process of direct food energy production utilizing sunlight and chlorophyll, which is typical of plant life forms.

In essence, Spirulina straddles that fork in evolutionary development when the plant and animal kingdoms differentiated. Thus it embodies the simplest form of life.

Guasa

"Guasa" is a form of traditional Chinese health therapy based on the knowledge and experience passed down through the generations for more than a few thousand years. This unique art attracted much attention due to its extraordinary effects in relieving flu and colds.

In the olden days, the instrument used for guasa was either a coin or a ceramic spoon. These tools were dipped in liquor or water and used to scrape the surface of the skin until red patches appear.

The advantages of Guasa are that it is easy to learn, no side-effects, can be performed anytime and the scraping process can be done even while wearing clothing.
The modern day lifestyle is very stressful as people are increasingly engrossed in multiple activities in pursuit of their goals. Many of them do not seem to have time for proper eating a balance diet and regular exercise. This stressful lifestyle coupled with lack of exercise affects our metabolism system, resulting in many health complications such as chronic disease. To make matters worse, most of these chronic diseases cannot be treated by modern medication.

This has resulted in the emergence of Guasa therapy as this technique is extremely effective for the enhancement of our health. In fact, medical theories have also acknowledged that the techniques used by guasa. In addition, the instrument for guasa has been refined and guasa has now become a very practical and reliable therapy for people who live in the modern society.

Asthma Treatment

Asthma treatment using Honey
Honey is one of the most common home remedies for asthma. It is said that if a jug of honey is held under the nose of an asthma patient and he inhales the air that comes into contact with it, he starts breathing easier and deeper.

Asthma treatment using Figs
Among fruits, figs have proved very valuable in asthma. They give comfort to the patient by draining off the phlegm. Three or four dry figs should be cleaned thoroughly with warm water and soaked overnight.

Asthma treatment using Lemon
Lemon is another fruit found beneficial in the treatment of asthma. The juice of one lemon, diluted in a glass of water and taken with meals, will bring good results

Asthma treatment using Indian Gooseberry
Indian gooseberry has also proved valuable in asthma. Five grams of gooseberry mixed with one tablespoon of honey forms an effective medicinal tonic for the treatment of this disease. It should be taken every morning .

Asthma treatment using Bitter Gourd Roots
The roots of the bitter gourd plant have been used in folk medicine for asthma since ancient times. A teaspoon of the root paste, mixed with an equal amount of honey or juice of the tulsi leaves, given once every night for a month, acts as an excellent medicine for this disease.

Asthma treatment using Drumstick Leaves
A soup prepared from drumstick leaves, and taken once daily, has been found beneficial in the treatment of asthma. This soup is prepared by adding a handful of leaves to 180ml of water and boiling it for five minutes. After being allowed to cool, a little salt, pepper, and lime juice may be added to this soup.

Asthma treatment using Ginger
A teaspoon of fresh ginger juice, mixed with a cup of fenugreek decoction and honey to taste, acts as an excellent expectorant in cases of asthma. The decoction of fenugreek can be made by mixing one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in a cupful of water. This remedy should be taken once in the morning and once in the evening.

Asthma treatment using Garlic
Garlic is another effective home remedy for asthma. Ten garlic cloves, boiled in 30 ml of milk, make an excellent medicine for the early stages of asthma. This mixture should he taken once daily by the patient. Steaming ginger tea with two minced garlic cloves in it, can also help to keep the problem under control, and should be taken in the morning and evening.

Asthma treatment using Bishop's Weed
The herb bishop's weed has been found valuable in asthma. Half a teaspoon of bishop's weed should be mixed in a glass of buttermilk and taken twice daily. It is an effective remedy for relieving difficult expectoration caused by dried-up phlegm. A hot poultice of the seeds should be used for dry fomentation to the chest twice daily. The. patient can also inhale steam twice a day from boiling water mixed with ajwain. It will dilate the bronchial passages.

Asthma treatment using Safflower
Safflower seeds are beneficial in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Half a teaspoon of powder of the dry seeds, mixed with a tablespoon of honey, can be taken once or twice a day in treating this disease. This acts as an expectorant and reduces the spasms by liquefying the tenacious sputum. An infusion of five grams of flowers mixed with one tablespoon of honey, taken once daily, is also useful in this disease.

Diet for Asthma
carbohydrates, fats and proteins

The patient should avoid common dietetic errors. Ideally, his diet should contain a limited quantity of carbohydrates, fats and proteins which are 'acid-forming' foods, and a liberal quantity of alkali-forming foods consisting of fresh fruits, green vegetables, sprouted seeds, and grains. The patient should avoid foods which tend to produce phlegm, such as rice, sugar, lentils, and curds. He should also avoid fried and other difficult to-digest foods, strong tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, condiments pickles, sauces and all refined and processed foods.

Other Suggestions for Asthma
Fasting and exercises

The patient should also follow the other laws of nature. Air, sun, and water are great healing agents. Regular fasting once a week, an occasional enema, breathing exercises, fresh air, a dry climate, light exercises, and correct posture go a long way in treating the disease.

Chemotherapy

AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY (TRY THE KEY WORD) AND ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHN HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY.
  1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
  2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
  3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
  4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
  5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
  6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
  7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
  8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
  9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
  10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
  11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

    CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

    a. Sugar, is a cancer-feeder.
By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like Nutrasweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt. ( THE WEST MADE US 2 CHANGE FROM SEA 2 WHITE IODISED SALT ).

    b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro- intestinal tract.
Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.

    c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment.
A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

    d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.
About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

    e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.
Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water- best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

  12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.
  13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
  14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Florssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.
  15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor.
Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
  16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Welcome to Elken Singapore

Hi all

A very big welcome to all the Elkenians and non-Elkenians.

Today marks the first night where this site is launched, courtesy of the Muslim Elkenians in Singapore and JB.

This site was created as a special request from an extraordinary leader. He's our captain, our mentor, our confidant, our friend. This is for you Captain Nazarudin, and also not to forget his lovely wife, Kak Kalsom.

I hope, with the birth of this site, it would attract more Elkenians to join and contribute to this website. For any of those Elkenians out there, to subscribe, all you have to do is email to me, Noorul at the following email: noorul.rahman@interfaceflor.com or noorisk@singnet.com.sg.

You can also email me any latest news updates or events going-ons and i'll do the rest for you.

Happy blogging...
